     Todd has been a registered patent attorney for 27 years and maintains an office in Santa Monica, California. He has filed and prosecuted over 600 patent applications and almost 1,000 trademarks. He is licensed in California and Maryland  and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

     Todd brings positive value to all of his company’s general ledgers. Todd was previously a partner with Jones Day, and has been listed in Super Lawyers for 13 years running. Rated by his peers as being within the top 5% of practicing attorneys in California year-after-year, he is a business-oriented trial attorney who has tried and won matters before jurors, judges, and arbitrators. Todd has worked with some of the world’s leading technology companies to help them cultivate, protect, and monetize their assets. He is also an international speaker and author with over 20 publications on intellectual property in multiple languages.
